YANNAN WANG

Yannan has extensive experience in investment risk management through his work with numerous large European financial institutions through various market cycles. During the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis and its aftermath, Yannan was integral in assessing the risks and value of real estate asset-backed securities and implementing Basel regulations throughout British banks.
Under his guidance, OneWorld Partners has been successful in various real estate private equity investments and has forged long-term, fruitful relationships with outstanding project sponsors throughout the United States through prudent project underwriting and sponsor selection.
Yannan has been able to protect investors' capital and created sound absolute returns and he holds FINRA 7, 24, 63, 65 and 79 licenses.
Yannan holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. In his spare time, he is a caring father of three kids and an avid student of Brazilian Jujitsu.
TIMOTHY SHIH

Tim holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yale University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duke University School of Law. Tim is a New York licensed attorney and also a name partner at the New York law firm of Yee & Shih, LLP, with legal experience in a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including public and private securities offerings, M&A transactions, banking and corporate restructuring.
Tim works closely with clients and investors to tailor innovative solutions for their needs with a focus on real estate, private equity, and investment. Tim brings a wealth of experience in real estate structuring and fund management in order to create authentic value for our clients. Previously, Tim was an attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, one of the top law firms globally where he represented globally recognized financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, media, manufacturing, financial, banking, private equity and real estate spaces.
LILI WANG

Lili provides keen insight and depth into global opportunities in various real estate markets and sits on the firm's Investment Committee.
Lili graduated from Stanford University with dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Comparative Literature, as well as a Master's in Industrial Engineering. Lili currently sits as a board member of the prestigious Stanford Professions in Real Estate (SPIRE).
Prior to OneWorld, Lili worked in the Investment Banking and Private Equity Groups of Goldman Sachs and managed global financials and emerging markets portfolio at Seneca Capital in New York. She is a proud mother of three kids and speaks English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic, and she holds FINRA 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
